uGuide version 0.2.0, includes these changes:

Include Rails 7 compatibility
User_guide -> user_guides
Automatically reads files inside public/user_guides folder to make it so that we don't have to type the user guides file names manually in the files variable.
Automatically creates public/user_guides folder.
Now has instructions in terminal after running rails generate uguide
Now added bootstrap instructions to the README.md
Gives headers for the user guides.
Gives tabs for the user guides.
